Chicken rice

Ingredients
chicken breast in chunks
julienne carrot half paprika
a cup of peas
a cup of rice
two cups of water
a chopped onion
two garlic Ketchup
Olive oil
Coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
First sauté the onion and garlic in four tablespoons of oil in a pot, then add the
chicken breast, along with salt and pepper. Mix well and add the cilantro. We put on
a slow fire the water, rice, a little oil and salt. Add carrot, paprika, chicken and peas
for thirty minutes.
Finally, we serve and add tomato sauce to taste.
Every day I get up at 6:30 in the morning I have coffee and I am willing to start
work, sometimes I go out two or three times to look for materials, lunch at 12:30.

I start working again at two in the afternoon until 6:00 then I get ready to go to
study at the university, when I get home again I prepare some food, after which I
assign some time to do the university's tasks.

On weekends when I do not have to work, I go to the movies or I travel to some


part of the country.
