We have heard of your civic-mindedness and your willingness to help others, especially the
youth, in their endeavors which lead to their holistic personal development that can benefit
themselves and the community, thus, making us turn to people like you in these times of need.

The Accountancy and the Accounting Technology (ACCAT) Department of Saint Vincent’s
College is currently preparing for the upcoming Lambigit Festival 2017, which will happen on
February 25, this year. As early as now, the ACCAT Department, along with the other
departments, are already making initial preparations for the event, in order to achieve the best
possible results. However, the department’s administration is finding it hard to continue the
preparations due to the lack of venue for the department’s rehearsal.

That is why, the ACCAT Department, through the undersigned, would like to ask from your
good office the permission to use the school ground of Zamboanga del Norte National High
School-Main Campus for the abovementioned rehearsal. The duration of the practice will be
from seven o’clock in the evening until eleven o’clock ((7:00pm)-11:00 pm). We would like
to inform you that since the preparation is for the Lambigit Festival, there will be drums and
instruments to accompany the dance routines but we assure you of full decorum by the
ACCAT department. We also promise that the place will not be left in a mess.

We are hoping for your favorable response regarding this matter. Any positive reply shall be
revered by the ACCAT Department and the people that compose it, for a long time hence.
