LOUNGE ACCESS POLICY GUIDE

Valid from 1st September 2014.

This lounge access policy guide supersedes all other printed and electronic customer information.

We’ve produced this handy guide to help you quickly and simply identify who is eligible to enjoy British Airways and partner
lounges. Our partners include other airlines, local airport authorities and ground handlers.
This guide contains details of our standard global lounge policy, although there may be additional agreements in place at your
airport. Please check with your local BA representative to see if any variations apply where you are.

The three steps below are always your starting point. They will easily guide you to the relevant table number. In airports where
British Airways uses one type of lounge only, please use Club/Business Class column in each table to determine lounge access.
