1. Call to order
a. Stephanie calls the meeting to order at 1:39pm

a. Rep Council Meeting Agenda
i. Preview of proposed meeting agenda for Monday, 1-7
ii. Stephanie moves that we combine the Membership Chair and Elections
Chair position. Motion approved.

a. Negotiations report
i. At last bargaining session, District offered 1% salary and .73% health cap.
ii. FA Bargaining Team declared impasse.
b. Bylaws
i. Review of new bylaws and updated roles
c. Open Leadership Positions
d. Executive Board Meeting Schedule
i. Remaining spring meetings will be (Mondays): 1-29, 2-26, 3-26, 4-30
e. Healthcare
i. Ron Carruth proposes hiring a benefits consultant to determine the pros and
cons of various health care options.
ii. Discussion of issues relating to CALSTRS healthcare (tax burden on retirees)
