Summary about sheikh Zayed

Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, ‘Founder of the UAE. His Highness Sheikh
Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan worked as President of the United Arab Emirates since the
formation of the Federation on 2 December 1971 and as Ruler of the Emirate of Abu

Leadership is “the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common
goal. He or she is the person in the group that holds a grouping of personality and
leadership skills that makes others want to follow his or her direction. A true leader is not
always the most knowledgeable person. One of the most leadership skill is established
with a strong vision and lead the people to follow that vision”.” UAE has a history of
many brave leaders, and one of them is Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. He is born
in the year 1918 in Al-Hosn Palace. The desert taught him resilience, patience,
determination, and self-respect, he managed to keep his heart clean and developed a
sense of compassion for people around him. The reason for Sheikh Zayed's choice is that
he is a respectable, well-respected man, who has become a great leader, relying on his

In term of my leadership qualities, I consider myself as respectful and love. I consider

myself that I care about others as much as I care about myself, I also believe that I have a
super sense of humility. Moreover, I always find myself as tolerance and respectful the
rules. The most significant similarity between Sheikh Zayed and I is our respect because I
imagine that both of us respect the people and the rules and I always respect others and
rules. For example, I always respect my friends, family and my teachers and respect the
rules such as Traffic laws and Regulations for the College.

On the other hand, Sheikh Zayed has some qualities that are different than mine, but I’m
looking forward to acquiring some of them. I notice that Sheikh Zayed has a vision. His
vision was broad, and he plans for the future well. However, my vision may be limited,
and the difference between Sheikh Zayed and I is our vision because his vision was broad
and he plans for the future well and Either my vision may be limited. Another noticeable
difference between Sheikh Zayed and I is the communication skills while sheikh Zayed is
an excellent speaker, I’m still trying my best to evolve myself in this aspect.

In conclusion, I have benefited greatly from the qualities of our leader, Sheikh Zayed Bin
Sultan Al Nahyan, because he is a modest, wise man with a vision for the future. Sheikh
Zayed was known as the man of the environment because of he who turned the desert
green.
