Sub:- Rectification of adangal and of other revenue records by

deleting the name Smt.Garre Sulochanamma W/o Garre Yallalu over
0.43 cents in S.No. 231 as per the finding No.6 in page No.3 and
direction in page No.4 conclusion para for initiation of action after
disposal of appeal A.S No.57/2015 in District Judge Court and that A.S
No.57/2015 was disposed of on 12-04-2018- Rg.
Under the instruction and on behalf of my client Sri.Tippareddy
Narayana Reddy S/o late Chinna Chenna Reddy resident of
Musalreddipalle village, Kalasapadu Mandal, Kadapa District, I hereby
issue this legal notice to you with the following facts.

1. The Tahsildar of Kalasapadu prepared adangal dated 18-04-
2015 and other revenue record by showing that Garre Sulochanamma
W/o late Garre Yallalu has right over an extern of 0.43 cents in
S.No.231 in Kalasapadu village fields. My client filed Appeal R.Dis
LRDT/610/2015 before the Revenue Divisional Officer at Rajampeta
against the orders of Tahsildar of Kalasapadu.
2. The Honourable R.D.O of Rajampeta passed orders on 25-
07-2016 by holding finding in page No.3 finding 6 that pattadar pass
book bearing Katha No.126 relating to Smt.Garre Sulochanamma W/o
Yallalu clearly disclosed that the entry for the land in S.No.231 extent
of 0.43 cents was made duly erasing the earlier entry. Further the

extent in words also struck down and also not appended official
signature to that effect. Hence it is invalid and directed the Tahsildar of
Kalasapadu to initiate action after disposal of appeal suit A.S
No.57/2015 before District judge. The appeal suit AS No.57/2015 was
disposed of on 12-04-2018.
3. My client filed a petition on 25-06-2018 before District
Collector of Kadapa enclosing the order of R.D.O, decree and judgment
in O.S No.142/2011 and decree and Judgment in A.S No.57/2015 for
deletion of the name of Garre Sulochanamma for 0.43 cents in
S.No.231 in all the revenue records. The district collector of Kadapa
made endorsement and sent that petition to you for taking necessary
steps as per the order of R.D.O, Senior Civil Judge court Badvel and
District Judge court in A.S No.57/2015. My client sates that you have
not taken any action on the petition dated 25-06-2018 filed before the
District collector and also on enclosed documents upto now. The
aggrieved party Smt.Garre Sulochanamma did not prefer any appeal
before Joint Collector Kadapa with in the period of 30 days from the
date of disposal on 25-07-2016. The copies of orders of R.D.O were
served on you, Smt.Garre Sulochanamma and others during July 2016
itself. So the order of R.D.O has become final since Garre
Sulochanamma did not challenge the order of R.D.O dated 25-07-2016
before joint collector Kadapa.
4. You are the subordinate of R.D.O of Rajampeta. So you are
bound to delete the name of invalid entry of extent 0.43 cents in
S.No.231 in the name of Smt.Garre Sulochanamma w/o Garre Yallalu at
least now. My client submits that he gave number of petitions along
with relevant court documents and order of R.D.O dated 25-07-2016
for deletion of name of Smt.Garre Sulochanamma w/o Garre Yallalu
over the extent of 0.43 cents in S.No. 231, but you refused to take any
action for deletion of extent of 0.43 cents in S.No.231 in the name of
Smt.Garre Sulochanamma in the revenue records for the reasons best
known to you.
5. Therefore please take this legal notice and that my client is
requesting you to delete the name of Smt.Garre Sulochanamma w/o
Garre Yallalu with regard to 0.43 cents in S.No.231 in all the revenue
records since that entry is invalid as per the order of R.D.O of

Rajampeta dated 25-07-2016. Otherwise my client is forced to take
necessary steps against you for dereliction of duty and disobedience,
violation and flouting the orders of R.D.O of Rajampeta dated
25-07-2016 before higher revenue authorities and also in the court of
law by holding you liable costs and consequences.
