Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Sri.Jurku Malli Naidu


son of late veerappa residing in Jurku vandlapalli village hamlet and post of
Madhavaram, Rayachoty mandal, Kadapa District, I herely issue this legal
notice to you with the following facts.

1.My client inherited the schedule property and other properties


from his paternal grandfather named Jurku Mallappa who died about 100
years ago. Later his paternal grandmother of my client named Jurku
Nagamma enjoyed the schedule property and other properties by paying
land tax to the Government . The father of my client named Jurku veerappa
also died about 20 years by leaving the schedule ancestral property and
other properties to his son who is my client herein. My client blessed with
two sons named 1.Jurku Veeranjaneyulu and 2. Jurku Veerabhadra. My
client got pattadar pass book and title deed for the schedule property and
other properties with sticker and Raja mudra from the Tasildar of
Rayachoty.

2.My client executed registered gift deed on 17-03-2017 in favour of


his two sons gifting each 0.53 cents in S.No:-274/1 pertaining to item No:-1
in the schedule properties out of Acs 1.06. The Tasildar of Rayachoty

mandal Revenue office issued pattadar pass book and title deed, No:-3
adangal and 1-B in the names of two sons of my client for schedule item
No:-1 Property basing on the registered gift deed dated on 17-03-2017.

3.My client submits that Battina Veerakarjuna and subha both are
sons of Battina Malli Naidu alias Mall Reddy residing in Gondi village H/o
Chilekam Palle in Chakrayipeta mandal, Kadapa District approached V.R.O
named Sri.Chandrayudu of Madhavaram village to prepare revenue records
in the names of said two person for the schedule property for selling or
alienating or for executing will in favour of some third parties for making
wrongful gain of the schedule properties. There is necessity to take action
on the erring V.R.O of Madhavaram preventing him from playing fraudulent
game against my client and his sons by manipulating the revenue records in
the names of Battina veerakarjuna and Sudha who are sons of Battina Malli
Naidu alias Mall Reddy.

4.Therefore please take this legal notice and that my client is praying
your for preventing the V.R.O of Madhavaram revenue village from
preparing and manipulating false revenue records for the schedule property
in the names of Battina veerakarjuna and Sudha both are the sons of
Battina Malli Naidu alias Mall Reddy. Otherwise my client is forced to take
appropriate legal steps against you in the court of law by holding you liable
for costs and consequences.
