1. The E.A is unjust and not maintainable either in law or on
facts.

2. The petitioners are put to strict proof on all the

allegations made in affidavit which are not expressly admitted here
in by these Respondents.

3. The petitioners filed this false petitioner for receiving

statement of E.C and registered sale deed dated 21-12-2010 for the
purpose of E.P No.26/2018. There is no necessity for filing those
documents at this state.

4. The respondents are ready and willing to execute

registered sale deed in favour of the petitioners if the petitioners pay
the balance sale price of Rs.31,50,000/- as per the agreement of sale
executed by the respondents in favour of the petitioners. The
respondents did not get cash in E.P No.9/2018 from the respondents
J.Drs on 10-10-2018. But they got registered sale deed on 10-10-
2018 for some property. There is no necessity for receiving the
documents mentioned in the petition. There are no merits in this
petition and this petition is liable to be dismissed. The respondents
have no cash to pay to the petitioners. The respondents are always
ready and willing to execute registered sale deed in favour of the

petitioners for some property for discharging this E.P amount of the
petitioners.

5. Therefore the respondents pray that the Honourable

court may be pleased to dismiss this petition in the interest of
justice.

2018 for some property. There is no necessity for receiving the
documents mentioned in the petition. There are no merits in this
