Festember! What’s that?
Brand Engagement
At NIT Trichy campus, the “Informals Stage” set up at a
crowd intensive location, will host brand engagement
activities to involve the crowd. Question asked to
audience could involve the following:
1. Which eminent personality would you like to see on
Outlook Magazine’s cover?
2. What’s your Outlook on Net Neutrality? (Or any
trending story).
Any content similar to above could be provided by
Outlook India, or any brand engagement activities could
be suggested and agreed upon through mutual consent.
Event Association
With over 50 dynamic and diverse events
conducted during the course of the 4 day
extravaganza, and attendees from over 500
colleges across India, Festember, would like to
partner with Outlook India for the following events:
1. English Lits
2. Art Events
All correspondence (Social Media Publicity, On-
Campus Branding, Posters, Pamphlets etc) done
regarding English Lits and Art Events will brand
and promote Outlook India with the tag:
“Festember presents English Lits ‘in association with’
Outlook India” & “Festember presents Arts Events ‘in
association with’ Outlook India”.
Standees (1 in number) can be placed on the
stage during all English and Arts Events.

Digital Marketing
Festember’s presence online, on social media has
an ever-increasing reach to an audience from the
young generation and college community.
Pro-Shows Partnership
Proshows have been an integral part of Festember,
presence of both national and international artists
perform at the NIT Trichy campus amidst 15,000
footfall. Vishal-Shekar, Salim-Sulaiman, Candice
Redding are some of the renowned artists who have
performed at Festember.
Festember would be thrilled to partner with Outlook
India, in order to make our Proshows a grand
success.
1. Outlook India will be branded on the giant LED
backdrop at the Open Air Theatre (OAT), in
form of logo during the course of Proshows
around the 4 day festival.
2. Outlook India advertisement or video can
played on the backdrop screen during the start
of the Proshow.
3. All posters regarding Proshows will contain
Outlook India Logo and Name.
Outreach Benefits
Festember Outreach Events are conducted as pre-
fest showcases at metro cities, like Bangalore,
Chennai, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.
Prelims of Gig-a-Hertz ~ Semi-Pro Rock Band
competition, will be held during the Outreach Events
are prominent locations in this cities.
