PREFACE:
In the name of ‘Allah’ the most Gracious, the most Merciful. First of all, I
thank my ‘God’ who enabled me to stand on this stage that I am working on
this project after passing all my papers of MBA. Then, I would like to say
thanks to Mr.Muhammad Jameel, Manager, ORIX Leasing Pakistan, Ltd;
who encouraged me and promise me to co-operate with me to gain
sufficient knowledge about the overall affairs of the company.

I will strive my best to elaborate as maximum as possible working and other

affairs of the organization, so that the reader may get an overview of ORIX
Leasing Pakistan, Ltd.

METHEDOLOGY:
I being the employee of the organization have the access to different
departments i.e. Credit, marketing, accounts and recovery department. I
have the knowledge about different process adopted by different
departments to improve the performance and to get the desired results.
This thing will help me to elaborate the functionalities of these departments.

WHAT IS LEASING:
“Leasing is a contractual arrangement under which the owner of an
asset (called the Lessor) allows use of the asset by the lessee in
consideration for the lease rent”.

ORIX CORPORATION JAPAN:

and to achieve the objectives and goals of organization.

BRIEF HISTORY OF ORGANIZATION:

customers. It is listed on all Japanese stock exchanges as well as the New

and provides a host of financial services, mainly centered on Leasing,
Corporate and Consumer Finance, Real estate- related finance and
development, Life insurance and Invest Banking.

OBJECTIVES OF STUDYING ORGANIZATION:
Today’s era needs basic information on the financial resources of a
country/economy. Financial Institutions play a vital role in the development
of an economy. ORIX is one of the pioneer institutions, indulged in
disbursements of funds not only to the general public but also to the
corporate sector of the target market.

ANALYSIS.
Some of the analysis of ORIX Leasing inspires me to work on this
organization as a project.

Role in Development of Economy.

Some of the ways of disbursements of money to SME’s by ORIX Leasing
Pakistan Limited create the opportunities for these SME’s to play a vital roll
in the development of the economy of Pakistan by providing the
employment chances.

Human Resource Department.

Human Resource Department of ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited offers its
employees some very charming facilities to retain its employees for the
long run, which improves the loyalty of the employees toward the
organization.

All the above-mentioned contents of the organization urges me to prepare

a project on this Organization.
