: Call to contribution

To the attention of all D and S FIDIC Association Members

Dear Colleague,

Our objective is to open the annual FIDIC conference to explode with new ideas, contacts, and action
plans to the benefit of the members of our associations, and relevant to the national and international
organisations as well as our industrial partners.

We would like all the FIDIC 2003 conference participants to be active in the 10 workshops presented
even before the conference begins through an interactive exchange of ideas and opinions.

The plan of action comes in various stages:

a) collection of your ideas and opinions on each of the 10 workshops. You are quite welcomed
to rate the workshops in terms of interest, and add to the workshop overviews should you think
that a point has been missed or submit various questions where necessary. A form has been
prepared especially to help you reply to our demand: please see the attached form. Please
complete and send this as soon as possible and by the latest the 30 June 2003.

b) The speaker of each workshop will then integrate the much valued information collected from
you.

c) The outline workshop briefs will be distributed in English to the workshops participants

The aim of the workshops is to open the way for progress and development in the consulting and
engineering industry be it national and internationally.

Thanking you in advance for dispatching the attached documents to your members.

Attached: 1. Call to contribution.

INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP THEMES
