GUIDELINES ON DATA COLLECTION AND MONITORING FOR MANAGEMENT OF KNOWLEDGE ON TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS. Pursuant to the pertinent provisions of Republic Act 9208, otherwise known as the “Anti-Tratfcking in Persons Act of 2003," as amended by Republic Act No, 10364, otherwise known as the “Expanded Anti-Traffickng Act of 207 “Expanded Act") and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations and other related lavs; and in furtherance of the mandate of the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT), as well a8 the National Strategic Action Pian 2017 - 2021 forthe effect ion of the Expanded ‘Act, with a view of having an effective and effi Section 1. Tite. ‘These guidelines shall be known as ‘Management of Knowledge on Tr uidelines on Data Collection and Monitoring for icking in Persons” (‘Guidelines’), Section 2. Purpose. These Guidelines are promulgated to prescribe the standard system for collecting and ‘monitoring data on trafficking in persons (TIP), as well as, managing data and information for purposes ram enhanc Section 3. Data Collection System. \CAT Member Agencies, including Non-Government Organization Representatives, smplates, based on actual knowledge generated through the regular 1 of Accomplished Data Collection Templates.
