RE : CONDUCT OF GRADE 11 CAREER GUIDANCE PROGRAM FOR SCHOOL
YEAR 2018 - 2019

1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 165 s. 2017 entitled Implementation of Grade 11 Career
Guidance Program for School Year 2017 – 2018 and in compliance to School Calendar for
2018 – 2019 under DepEd Order No. 25, s. 2018, the Guidance and Counseling Center in
coordination with the Senior High School Department will conduct the Career Guidance
Program starting August 2018 to March 2019 to the Grade 11 students.

2. This activity aims to:

a. Apply decision-making skills to career planning course selection and career transitions; and
b. Realize that the changing workplace requires lifelong learning and acquiring new skills.

3. The modules for the activity will be given to the class advisers who shall deliver the activities
which beforehand have oriented by the Guidance Counselor / Advocate. The GC shall ensure
and supervise the implementation of the Career Guidance Modules.

4. The said activity will only be conducted on Fridays to ensure that no classes will be interrupted.

5. Attached herewith is the DepEd Memorandum for your reference.
