Upon consideration of the February 12, 2019 petition

for extraordinary writ filed by Clare E. Connors, as the Attorney

General of the State of Hawai#i, the documents and declarations

attached thereto and submitted in support thereof, and the

record,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

1. Within twenty (20) days from the date of this

order, the respondent shall file an answer to the petition for

extraordinary writ.
 2. The appellate clerk shall serve a copy of this

order upon the petitioner and the respondent, as required by HRAP

Rule 21(c).
