Statement of the Problem

The study aims to determine the level of HIV/AIDS awareness among the college
students currently enrolled at Adventist Medical Center College (AMCC), Iligan City for S.Y.
2017-2018.

Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions:

1. What is the personal profile of the nursing students in terms of :

1.1 Age

1.2 Course

1.3 Year Level

1.4 Civil Status

2. What is the respondent’s level of HIV/AIDS awareness?

3. Is there a significant relationship between the respondents’ personal profile and their

level of awareness on HIV/AIDS?
