SUBJECT : After Activity Report Re Forum on Advancement of the 3rd and

Inter-generational rights for a balanced and healthful ecology

1. Reference: Advocacy Project, Human Rights Law.

2. In view with the above reference, please be informed that selected LLB – II
students from room 403 and 404, in coordination with Talisay City PNP and local
government unit of Barangay Tangke successfully conducted a community forum to
thirty four (34) “TokHang” surrenderees entitled “Advancement of the 3rd and Inter-
generational rights for a balanced and healthful ecology” last 08 October 2016 at
Tangke Barangay Hall, Talisay City, Cebu.

3. During the preparation for the activity, the group coordinated with the
Talisay City Mayor, the Talisay City Police Office (TCPO) Director thru the Police
Community Relations and the Tangke Barangay Council.

4. On the forum day, the activity started at 0930H which was graced by no
less than the Tangke Barangay Captain Honorable PERLA C CABANES who welcomed
the group and the participants followed by the guidance from the Talisay City Police
Office (TCPO) Director P/SUPT AILEEN C RECLA. The forum aimed to enlighten the
TokHang surrenderees on the concept of Human Rights and Anti-Drugs Campaign and
transcend such concept for the development, protection and enforcement of inter-
generational rights for a balanced and healthful ecology.

5. Further, the group expressly invited the TokHang surrenderees to join us in

the upcoming Tree Planting activity which will be held at Barangay Manipis Talisay on
October 23, 2016. Towards the end of the activity an Open Forum was held led by the
members of the group followed by the formal closure at 1130H.

6. Please see attached photos during the activity and the attendance sheets
for your perusal.

invitation to the surrenderees for the coming Tree Planting Activity
