PROGRAM BEST IMPLEMENTER

1. The School Govemance and Operation Division -School Health and Nutrition will
conduct a search for Health and Nutrition Program Best Implementers of the different health
programs in the whole Schools Division of Nueva Vizcaya. As stipulated in the DepEd order
no. 43 s-2011 "Strengthening the Schoo! Health and Nutrition Programs for the Achievement
of the Education for All (EF A) and Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

2. As mandate of this office it is appropriate to strengthen the implementation of the


different programs to fully evaluate the effectiveness in the learning process of students and
pupils to improve the health educational system of the department.

3. Be guided with the contested programs which are suitable in the schools that convey
its own goal in the achievement of better quality education.

4. Enclosed are the criteria preliminary evaluation shall start during the month of
September and finally on the month of November, awarding of winners will be this December
during the Division Search of Outstanding Employee Award .
