Dear Sir,
In response to your request for submitting the proposal for a multi-storied hospital building at Kustia
VastuVid are pleased to submit our offer for the project.
A. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:
Though you have sent your FORM ANALYSIS drawings to us, as the project is still in schematic
phase VastuVid are in deficit of some key information regarding the project. Based on our
understanding of the schematic sketches and discussion VastuVid conclude following points:
B. SCOPE OF SERVICES:
1) Preliminary Structural Analysis: In this stage VastuVid will carry out a detail analysis based on
available architectural drawing. And will coordinate the structural system, member distribution,
member sizes etc. with architect for a better preservation of architectural philosophy without
doing any compromise to the structural serviceability.
2) Preliminary Design Drawing: This will be provided to facilitate the preparation of Bill of
Quantities (BOQ) for various purposes.
3) Approval Drawing: VastuVid will prepare approval drawing for the client for submission to the
lawful authorities.
4) Detail Structural Analysis: VastuVid will carry out detail structural analysis and design based
on coordinated architectural, plumbing, electrical and mechanical drawings. Though VastuVid
will working on a coordinated drawing VastuVid will also consult and solve any sought of
discrepancies or anomalies, if encountered.
5) Detail Structural Drawing: VastuVid will prepare detail design and shop drawings of the
project necessary for a sound construction of the project.
C. RESPONSIBILITY OF CLIENT:
2) To provide all necessary data such as soil test report, topographical survey, land using
certificate etc. to VastuVid.
It is to be understood that VastuVid has the total right to rely upon the document and decision taken
by the client.
D. FINANCIAL OFFER:
Based on the understanding and the role to be played in the mentioned project we proposed the
following consulting fee for the project.
As the project is still have some area of nebulous understanding regarding the storey of the building
we are proposing our fee for two most probable scenarios.
1. For G+07 (Seven) storied hospital building with 03 (Three) Basements we are proposing a
lump sum amount of Tk. 820,000.00.
2. For G+14 (Fourteen) storied hospital building with 03 (Three) Basements we are proposing a
lump sum amount of Tk. 1,120,000.00.
3. Additional Services:
We will provide 02 (Two) nos. of Site Visit and meeting Complimentary for the project.
Our standard charge for Site Visit and Meeting is Tk. 6000.00.
All additional service fee is to be front paid, i.e. upon receiving the service the client is fully liable to
pay the fee upfront.
