Greetings in the Mighty Name of Christ!

The Adventist Ministries to College and University Students (AMiCUS) of the Negros
Occidental Conference has been continually striving to expand its programs and activities for the
holistic development of our students as Adventist Youth living in this generation.

One of the activities that we are excited to look forward to is the 3rd AMiCUS Congress that is
set to be pushed through this coming March 2018 at Central Philippine Adventist College.
It is expected that hundreds of students coming from all around Negros Occidental will attend
the said congress.

For years since the AMiCUS-NOC was formally launched, the organization has received
tremendous generosities from the brethrens as support to this ministry of the young people.
Hence, as appointed servant-leaders of this organization, we endeavor to take part in this
growing ministry by raising our fund to help support this organization financially.

In line with this, we are imploring for your permission to conduct a religious and musical concert
at your church this coming DATE during the AYF Program. Officers and members of
AMiCUS alike will take part in this activity, showing dedication and determination in this noble
cause.

We believe that musicality is not just a skill but a gift from the Creator that is meant for an
ennobled and heavenly purpose. “Music was made to serve a holy purpose, to lift the
thoughts to that which is pure, noble and elevating, and to awaken in the soul devotion and

As the Lord has entrusted the youth with the gift and talent of music, we ought to return all the
glory and praise to the Creator; hence, the purpose of this musical concert.

The young people of today need the support of the elders and members of the church now more
than ever and we greatly believe that your support in this cause will make a great difference in
the stance of the spirituality and sense of mission orientation of today’s Adventist Youth.
