COURSE OBJECTIVE To provide students with a general picture of the nature and challenges of environmental law and give them a bird’s eye view of the different environmental laws in the Philippines and how they actually affect the Philippine environment. Il. LEARNING MODULES A. MODULE 1 - Introduction 1. PART 1 a) Objective: To make the class understand the class administrative policies, the nature and scope of the course, its requirements, and the grading system to be adopted. b) Methodology: Lecture/discussion 2.
