Minutes of Meeting 30-01-2019

Meeting of T&P organized on 30-01-2019 at 3:15 Pm for SBA department, attended by

Mr. Abhishek Swaroop –Head T & P

Mr. Praanav Kharbanda –T & P officer SBA

Ms .Megha Sharma – Dept coordinator –SBA

During the meeting following points were discussed

1. As discussed in previous meeting to identify the names of student co-ordinators from every batch has
been identified.

2. Need of uniform Training and placement policy felt, Mr Pranav Kharbandha working on T& P policy for
the SBA Dept.

3. Placement file for 2017-18 batches for academic audit should be ready in this week.

4. list of Unplaced, eligible and interested students for the placement from BPIT need to be shared in
coming week so that placement department can work on those students.

5. Need felt for syncing Training and placement policy with Principal, HODs, training and placement
heads, faculty placement coordinator , student coordinators.
