OF BADRON E. DIMANGADAP

I, BADRON E. DIMANGADAP, of legal age, Filipino, married,

employee of private company, with postal address in Brgy. Mahayahay, Iligan
City, Lanao del Norte, after having been dulys sworn to in accordance with law,
fully conscious that I am answering the following questions under oath, and
that I may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury and said judicial
affidavit was conducted at the Law Office of Atty. Serafinah H. Balabagan ,
located at MACTECK Bldg., Mabini St., Iligan City, which taking was done in
English which I clearly speak and understand and that the other information or
requirements of Sec. 3, A.M. 12-8-8-SC as explained to me by the administering
officer, hereby deposes and states as follows:

PURPOSE

This affidavit of the accused, Badron E. Dimangadap is being offered to

prove the existence of doubt on the charged of attempted homicide against the
accused and deny all allegations against him.

Question 1: Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the
records.

Answer 1: I am Badron Dimangadap y Emam, 25 years of age, married, and

resides at Brgy. Mahayahay, Iligan City.

Question 2: Are you the same Badron Dimangadap, who is charge of this
case?

Answer 2: Yes, ma’am.

Question 3: Where were you last December, 2018 at about 10 o’clock in the
evening?

Answer 3: I was at my home in Brgy. Mahayahay, Iligan City.

Question 4: What happen in your home, if any?

Answer 4: I heard the shout of my Cousin calling for help.

Question 5: What is the name of your cousin?

Answer 5: Leo L. Poldo.

Question 6: What happen next when you heard your cousin shouting, if any?

Answer 6: I went out to check on my cousin?

Question 7: What happen when you check on your cousin?

Answer 7: I saw him running towards our home pursued by several persons.

Question 8: What did you do after?

Answer 8: I immediately intervened to avoid further harm to my cousin.

Question 9: What happen after you intervened?

Answer 9: Few persons who were in the parked jeepney began attacking me
and my cousin using wooden sticks.

Question 10: What did you do when they attacked you?

Answer 10: We were defending ourselves against the attack.

Question 11: What happen next, if any?

Answer 11: We heard a burst from a gunfire.

Question 12: What did you do after?

Answer 12: Me and my cousin ran towards our house which is 10 meters away
from the place.

Question 13: Did you know who fire the gun?

Answer 13: No, ma’am
