Survey Nos. 47 & 149, DEH KHAKHAR, BIN QASIM TOWN,
KARACHI

The Karachi Building Control Authority hereby informs general

public that NOC for Sale & Advertisement of Plots at above noted project has been
issued vide No. KBCA/DCB-(D-II)/938/ADV-465/2010, dated: 14-06-2010 to
Mr. Muhammad Moin, owner of subject land above having agreement for sale &
Development with M/s. Alain Housing Services Lic. No. DL-2558. Having its office at
Flat # B-1, Sunny Terrace, FL-1, Block-13, Gulistan-e-Jouhar, Karachi.
The Project consists of Residential & Commercial open Plots.
Layout Plan approved by MDA vide letter No. MDA/MPD/DEH-223/2010/686,
dated: 24-03-2010.

Proposed date of completion: 31-05-2014.

Town Planner: Mr. Abdul Hameed (Lic. No. TP-07-01).

NOTE:

Prices of plots are fixed on average basis and does not includes OUTER
DEVELOPMENT / DOCUMENTATION / UTILITY CONNECTION CHARGES /
CORNER / ROAD FACING CHARGES etc payment should be made to the Developer
strictly in accordance with stage of development work as given on the next page attached
herewith.

KBCA further advises General Public to sign a WRITTEN AGREEMENT with

the BUILDER/DEVELOPER at the time of booking on Rs.20 Stamp Paper in accordance
with MODEL AGREEMENT of KBCA as per Clause (4) Section-12 of SBCO-1979 upto
date otherwise KBCA will not act an arbitrator in any dispute between the Builder /
Developer and allottee.

Copy of Model Agreement may be obtained from Design Section, KBCA

ATTACHED HEREWITH.
