Solid Waste Management Agency

Solild Waste Management Agency is a Governmental Organization Establish and causes the implementation of fast,
effective and customer oriented, procedure to enable the retaining, collection, transportation and disposal of solid
waste of the city in a way not to cause harm to the health of the residents and not to cause en environmental
pollution.

1. The City Government of Addis Ababa Solid Waste Management Agency invites eligible bidders for the
procurement of DIGITAL LAND FILL WEIGHBRIDGE WITH ACCESSORIES, & all civil jobs shall include, foundation
work as per the drawing for the plat form approach slope and after foundation work required properly place the
weighbridge and related system accessories, attachment components.

2. Interested eligible can be purchase a complete set of bid document against non-refundable payment of ETB
200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) from CGAASWMA Procurement Director located, sited at Arbognoch Avenue, a building
at the back of Libya fuel station located in front of commercial bank of Ethiopia Gullele branch which is placed 250

meter ahead of St, paul Millennium Specialized hospital towards Asco, 2 floor room No. 12

3. Bids must be accompanied with renewed business license and registration, VAT, TIN Registration Certificate and
other supporting letter/s concerning whether they have paid taxation for government and have to submit these
requirement.

4. All tenders must be submitted to CGAASWMA with a bid Security (Bid Bond) in Acceptable forms (CPO or Bank
Guarantee) Specified in the bidding data sheet amounting to 2% of the Bid offer.

5. Financial offer shall be produced in separated sealed envelopes labeled as original and copy the envelopes shall
then be sealed, signed, Name of the Company & stamped outer Envelope, Addressed which stated No,2.

6. Technical proposal offer shall be a separated envelope clearly labeled as Technical offer original and Copy The
envelopes shall then be sealed, signed, Name of the Company & Stamped outer Envelope, Addressed which stated
No.2.

7. Bid must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 am Local time on, February, 19/2019.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representative who prefers to attend at our office on the same
dated Tuesday February, 19/2019, at CGAASWRMA the Procurement office No 12 at 4:30 AM Local time.

9. CGAAMA Reserve the right to reject any or all
