Black History Month

During February we have enjoyed learning about many famous African Americans in honor of
Black History Month. We have talked about the importance of celebrating our differences and
appreciating our diversity. Our class has decided that the world would be a very boring place if
we were all the same! I hope that you will ask your child to tell you about some of the famous
African Americans that we have learned about.
