Dear Business Partners,

Sub: Pick up request to be registered for Warranty goods wef 1st Oct17 mandatorily.

We are making Pick up Request mandatory for the Transporter to lift Warranty goods from
your Dealership wef 1st Oct 17.

The SOP for related process is as given below:

1. While despatching Warranty return goods through the Gati Transporters, please fill
up the Google sheet form which link is shared in this mail , and submit to us .

2. Your response will be passed on to Gati to register your request and same will be
informed by the Transporter.

3. Only on receipt of such registered request only , the goods will be picked by Gati
henceforth from 1st Oct 17.

4. In the absence of your non submission of Google form for the Request and not
sharing the registered Pick up request from Gati, the goods will not be strictly booked
by them .

5. And any such delay caused at your end leading to receipt of goods at Warranty cell
after 45days from date of JC closure ,the related claims will be rejected at our end
which kindly make a note of .

Hence you are requested to follow the above said procedure strictly to implement the same
wef 1st Oct 17 and cooperate with us to serve you better .
