RELIGIOUS EDUCATION - FIRST RECONCILIATION
Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010 - Mandatory First Reconciliation Parent

Saturday., Nov. 6, 2010 - Rite of Welcome Mass for all families with
children preparing to receive the Sacrament of First Reconciliation
Do you have a child in 4th-8th grade? If so, give your child a
chance to get involved with other Catholic youth in our par-
ish! RSVP to any event your child plans to attend at cbar-
rett@standrewcatholic.com. If you would like to be added to
my email list and notified of upcoming events (or last minute changes re-
garding event details), contact Christen Barrett at the email listed above.
Many of the events need volunteers for transportation. All volunteers must
have a completed volunteer packet and drivers form on file with the Archdio-
cese.
Champs (4th-5th) and Edge (6th-8th) will meet on Wednesday nights
for Youth Nights in room 202! Champs and Edge will meet together
from 7-8 pm. We will not be meeting in November so our next Youth
Night will be on December 15th.
November 1: Happy Thanksgiving! Let's show our thanks by prepar-
ing and serving a meal to the CCD teachers and their classes. Meet
in the Parish Hall at 5:15 pm. Pick up is at 7:30 pm. This event will
take place during Monday night CCD, so if you're a CHAMPS mem-
ber and you're enrolled in Monday night CCD, you may not be able to
participate in this event b/c you will miss your CCD class for the eve-
ning. However, helpers will be needed for clean up after CCD.
December 4: Fleece Blanket Party in room 202 & 203 from 6-8 PM.
Each youth must bring 4 yards of fleece (2 yards solid color/2 yards
with a print) and a pair of heavy duty scissors. We make the blankets
and donate them to children at a local shelter. Snack donations will be
appreciated.
December 11: CHAMPS/EDGE Christmas Party at Brunswick Bowl-
ing on Old Roswell Rd from 2:30 to 4:30, Cosmic style! $20 CASH
per child (includes pizza, drink, shoe rental, and bowling). Don't for-

Oración, Diversión y Amistad.

PRESENTACIONES
Las presentaciones se hacen a los 40 días de nacido el niño/a, necesita apuntarse una semana
antes en la oficina.
Presentaciones de 3 años, el niño/a tiene que estar bautizado y ser miembro de la iglesia de
St. Andrew. No se hacen misas de presentación de 3 años.
BAUTISMO. Los padres tienen que estar registrados y asistiendo a la misa dominical por tres meses antes del
bautismo de sus hijos. Presentar Acta de Nacimiento del niño/a. Padrinos casados sacramentalmente deben de traer
copia del certificado de Matrimonio. Solteros: mayores de 16 años de edad, certificado de Bautismo. Parejas en unión
libre no califican para ser padrinos. Pláticas de preparación: Primer Martes del mes de 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm, asistencia
obligatoria de padres y padrinos. Ceremonia Bautismal segundo Sábado de mes a las 11:00 am.

Si desea ofrecer una misa por intenciones personales; de salud o

difuntos apúntese en el Ministerio Hispano. Para mas informa- CONFIRMACION. Este curso de preparación es de dos años para jóvenes que han hecho la Primera

QUINCEANERAS
La familia debe estar registrada en St. Andrew. La joven tiene que estar en proce-
so de preparación para la confirmación, pertenecer al grupo juvenil y asistir a tres
charlas de preparación. La misa de Acción de Gracia se celebra el tercer sábado
de mes en el horario de 11:00 am, 1:00 pm y 3:00 pm. Registrarse en la oficina del
Ministerio 5 meses antes de la fecha.
i tienen una nueva dirección o número de teléfono, por favor comuníquense con la
oficina parroquial para darnos los cambios. Es muy importante que nos ayuden a
mantener nuestros archivos actualizados. ¡Gracias!
MATRIMONIO. Inscritos en la parroquia. Reservar la fecha con seis meses de anticipación. Certifica-
do de bautismo actualizada, licencia pre-matrimonial, clases de preparación LLASU (Llamados a ser
uno). Cita con el padre. Inscribirse en el Ministerio Hispano.
CATECUMENADO: Eres tu un adulto católico que te falta uno o todos los sacramentos? Ofrecemos
un curso especial donde te preparamos para que puedas recibir los sacramentos y cumplir así con
los mandatos de la Iglesia Católica. El Rito de Iniciación Católica para Adultos y jóvenes mayores de
9 años imparte las clases los domingos de 5::30-7:00 pm. Inscribirse en el Ministerio Hispano.

EL DIEZMO. Una hora de salario a la semana es lo mínimo que debes conside-
rar ofrecerle al Señor.
BODA COMUNITARIA ABRIL 30 2011. PARA PAREJAS REGISTRADAS EN LA IGLESIA DE ST. ANDREW Y
QUE VIVEN EN UNION LIBRE POR UN PERIODO DE MAS DE TRES ANOS.. Si les falta algún sacramen-
to asistan a las clases para adultos los domingos a las 5:30 pm. Inscríbanse lo antes posible en el
Ministerio Hispano. Solamente aceptaremos 10 parejas.
