SPECIAL RETAINER FEE AGREEMENT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

The undersigned client and lawyer respectively, AGREE on the following

TERMS AND CONDITIONS with the corresponding FEES (from filing to decision),
to wit:
CASE: Petition for the annulment of Marriage (Aida Suniga).

CLIENT: A I D A S U N I G A

1. OPERATIONAL: Depends on the Filing fee and the publication, which is

more or less, P20, 000. (Does not include Publication)

2. Office and Attorney’s Fee, including Preparation of the Necessary

Documents and Judicial Affidavit: P 20, 000.00 (Discounted from org. of P 100, 000
per person common rates of Lawyers in Laoag)

3. APPEARANCE FEE: P 4, 000

4. SUCCESS FEE: P 80, 000

5. Additional Cost and incidental expenses shall be shouldered by the party.

The party shall pay the same without the need of demand. The Parties
voluntarily and freely conform to the conditions aforementioned.
