INTRODUCTION

Sueňo De Cielo is an establishment resembling a restaurant and bar. It is


located at Julian Arroyo Street, Baao, Camarines Sur. The costumers can have
their meal of the day at Sueňo De Cielo for we offer foods that can surely satisfy
their appetites. We also have one of the best services in the whole city in the
industry of restaurants and bars. We have chosen the best staffs for your benefits.
We come up with the idea of a resto-bar because according to our sources, the
night activity of the place is more active. So instead of just having a restaurant we
decided to establish a concept of having a bar.

Sueňo De Cielo offers the best and quality-based foods and beverages that
is affordable for the people/costumers. We are committed to satisfy and appease
the customers by providing them the high quality of the food and beverages we
serve. Sueňo De Cielo promises a perfect venue for the costumers to have a good
time over good food and chill drinks.

Sueňo De Cielo Resto- bar is owned by Althea Faye A. Ramos,


daughter of Mrs. Fely and Mr. Alberto M. Ramos. She graduated
High School at Perpetual Help National High School with a strand
of Accountancy and Business Management and she continued her
collage years at CSPC with Business Administration course. She’s
also a student worker before at the Disney Grills as a waitress, so
she decided to build her own Resto-bar after she graduated in
college. She’s a kind and caring person not just in her family but
also to her employee. Now she is more competitive in many ways.
JOB DESCRIPTION
MANAGER

- Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations and


fiscal health of a business. The manager is also responsible for
overseeing and leading the work of a group of people in many
instances.
CHEF
- The chef will be responsible for assigning work in the kitchen,
preparing meals for our dinners, interviewing and training staff,
kitchen inventory management to come up a new delectable dish to
add to our growing menu.
SOUS CHEF
- Work alongside head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including
overseeing staff, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring
ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by
following designated recipes.
BARTENDER
- Preparing Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar. Interacting
with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks. Assessing
bar customer’s needs and preferences and making recommendations.
SERVER
- They ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by
providing quality customer service. Servers work in the front of the
business taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing
dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.

CASHER
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic
debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
They also count the money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to
ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
SECURITY GUARD
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring
surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings and permitting entry.
JANITOR
- Keep building in clean an orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning
duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and
glass, and removing rubbish.
DISHWASHER
- Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash
dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by
hand.
