VANESSA​: Lord,​ ​thank you for the gift of life! Thank you for the many blessings you have
given to us. Thank you for my husband, Mlikson, and the love that he has for me.
Please help me to remain in you as I learn how to balance my life and my commitment as a
wife. I pray that I am submissive and that I respect my husband as you call me to in your
word!
I lay our marriage at your feet and ask that you guide us and give us wisdom in handling
every aspect of what you give us.

MLIKSON: ​Lord, I thank you for the gift of Vanessa, as my wife. We cannot build a marriage
on our own strength. The trials of this life will war against our resolve to keep this covenant,
but with You in the centre, we can overcome.
Lord, I pray for protection over our marriage! Please send angels to guard our relationship
from the enemy. Guard and protect our minds and our hearts.
I pray that we would always love each other and pray with each other daily! Reveal your will
for our lives and show us that we are a team working together to build your kingdom!

KARL​: A marriage is also the uniting of two families. ……….

Yesterday, the Fernandes family welcomed Vanessa into their family as their daughter, and
the Freitas family welcomed Mlikson into their family as their son.

Thank you Lord, for binding the Fernandes family and the Freitas Family together. Thank
you for the similarities we have and the differences we enjoy. ………
