First of all we would like to express our sincerely gratitude to our subject instructor Mrs.
Nurqayza H. Jalilul for the continuous support of our project, for her patience, motivation,
guidance, and knowledge that she share to us.

I thank my fellow group mates for ideas, for the sleepless night we were working together
before deadlines to complete this project.

This project consume huge amount of work research and dedication. Still,
implementation would not have been possible if we did not have a support of our parents,
friends, instructors for providing necessary guidance concerning this project and their
inspirational words and encouragement that help us bring this study into reality.

Lastly, we are very thankful to our Almighty God for giving us the strength, knowledge,

Chapter 1 Introduction

A Casa-Inn is an establishment that provides paid lodging on a short/long-term basis.


The provision of basic accommodation, in times past, consisting only of a room with a bed, a 14
inches flat screen TV, a small table and a washstand has largely been replaced by rooms with
modern facilities, including in-suite bathrooms and air conditioning or climate control.
The cost and quality of lodge are usually indicative of the range and type of services
available. Due to the enormous increase in tourism worldwide during the last decades of the
20th century, standards, especially those of smaller establishments, have improved
considerably. Lodges are independently assessed in traditional systems and these rely heavily
on the facilities provided.
Computer programmers develop things like computer system that the rest of us could
use. The computer programmers tell the users what to do. They make programs that users can
easily use or understand.
The advent of new technology gave rise to easy and hassle-free interaction between and
among humans. Whether it is in business, science or whatever task a person takes on the
quality and speed of carrying it out are enhanced with automation at the core of this efficient

to the efficient and accuracy. “Casa-inn Online Reservation System” is a transaction processing
system. In this system there are more advantages rather than a manual Reservation.

1.1 Statement of the problem

1.1.1 General problem

The main problem of the Casa-inn is they are using a manual process in the check-in and reservation
process that will consume a lot of time.

1.1.2 Specific problem

 The problem that Casa-inn encountered during the manual process it’s consuming a lot of time.
 Record safeness and storing.

1.2 Current state of technology

 The current Reservation in Surabay Casa-Inn is done manually. According to our


observation when they do the transaction they using pen and papers. The reservation or
viewing of rooms of the customer will done in actual. The whole process in the Surabay
Casa-Inn will consume a lot of time that sometimes ended-up in a many mistakes.

To make a computerized Casa-inn online check in reservation system that can help to become easier and
faster systemized system.

1.3.2.1 Specific objectives

 To provide faster services.


 To make a system that will handle the record of the Casa-inn online check-in and reservation.
 To provide user account and password to ensure the security of stored files.

 Costumer must go to the casa-inn for payments.
 Short term basis in reservation is not included.
