Section L8. Repealing clause. - All laws, presidentialdecrees,executive


orders, rules and
regulations,or pafts thereof, inconsistentwith this Act, are hereby
repealedor modified
accordingly

Section 2O. Effectivity. Ihis Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days
after its publicationin at
leasttwo (2) newspapers of generalcirculation.
