 Admission processing Fee is Rs.1000/- (Computer generated Fee Challan Form will appear after completion of Online Admission Form). Candidates are advised to fill the form online and send the print out of Application form, Undertaking form & Student ID form etc
along with attested copies of all educational documents, a copy of Roll No. Slip if appeared in last exams (result awaited), CNIC, domicile, character certificate, 03 passport size pictures and paid bank receipt of Rs. 1000/- to campus concerned by registered / courier
mail etc at University address (National University of Modern Languages, sector H-9, PO Shaigan, Islamabad). By hand applications will not be accepted at Islamabad Campus.
 Incentive for Position Holders: Scholarship will be awarded to position holders of Board / University subject to conditions (available on NUML website). Needs based scholarships are also available. Very limited hostel accommodation is available at Main Campus
Islamabad. Interview for hostel accommodation will be held on 29 August 2016 (for female) and on 30 August 2016 (for male) at Main Campus Islamabad.
 Fee Refund: According to HEC’s Fee Refund Policy i.e. 100% within 1st week, 50% within 2nd week, no refund after fifteen (15) days of commencement of classes.
 Provisional Admissions: If the candidate fails to provide the last result till 30th September 2016 OR fails to get required percentage for admission OR degree / certificate proves to be fake / unrecognized - his / her Provisional Admissions will be
automatically cancelled.
 Transport Facility: on specific routes in Rawalpindi / Islamabad and Wah / Taxila is available on payment.
 Selected Candidates: All selected students of Degree programs should bring the original Educational Documents on very first day of Class i.e 05th September 2016, students will not be allowed to attend the classes without verification of the documents.
