I. PROJECT BACKGROUND

This project features a system that can store the data transactions, which both
Indian moneylenders and borrower could monitor and manage. The initiating system
has different modules and or user types to set-off barriers between them. This is
comprised of constraints to expose the relevant data to a specific user and privileged
access of function to ensure data integrity wherein it provides a security subsystem to
control a various type of user accounts and restrict unauthorized access.

Also, the study explored the Money lending business of Indians in Antipolo. As
Indian lenders began to increase the market share of such loans, researchers seek to
resolve the unconventional way of how Indians processed their daily basis transactions,
by providing not only them but also to their clients a cloud-based system that can assist
the lending business.

The project aimed to examine the viability of the system using the cloud to integrate
the traditional approach of manual transactions in the aforementioned business. The
study was conducted on 96 individuals comprised of both Indian lenders and borrowers
that were selected through stratified random sampling. The respondents opted to test
the initiating system, which in turn, subject to survey. Data were collected by a valid and
reliable questionnaire that consists of six sections. The set of a questionnaire used the
Likert format with a five-point response scale. Results showed that the system has been
an effective way to alter the manual approach, which positively affects various aspects
of the business. The finding indicated that the system further improves the loan
management, track the transaction better and increase the overall functionality.
II. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

A cloud computing system is a fixed of huge networks and computing nodes, where
an enormous amount of data flow takes place. Overall performance is needed along
with security to get admission to and keep records.

In order to meet the availability and confidentiality properties with performance, is

the backbone of any computing system and is the basic expectation of an Indian loaner
from its borrowers in the Cloud Computing environment.

The main purpose of this project is to build up a system based upon procedures and
algorithms to provide a full-proof system to borrowers. The focus of this paper would be
upon:

1. Security

2. Accessibility

3. Availability and Confidentiality Properties

4. Overall Performance
III. PROJECT METHODOLOGY

SUMMARY

Cloud computing coordinates and automates many of the more tedious functions of
managing projects. Most of these software programs include graphs and Gantt chart
generation, task assignment, time sheets, and milestones. More advanced versions can
also regulate resources, monitor budgets, track expenses and calculate costs.

This method of working involves using programs and storing data through an
internet connection. Cloud software is hosted by the provider on remote servers, rather
than being physically installed on a company's machines. Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox,
and your Amazon Kindle digital library are examples of cloud storage.

DELIVERABLES

Benefits

Cloud computing comes with plenty of advantages. One of the primary benefits of
project management is super-simple sharing. Since the product is facilitated in the
cloud, a whole business group can get to the latest assignments, timetables and
advancement refreshes whenever, which makes cloud programming perfect for
movement and constant joint effort.

Discussing access, another incredibly favorable position to cloud programming is

conveyance. An internet connection is all it takes to access the program anytime,
anywhere, from any device, including a desktop computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet.

There is also cost and time to consider. Traditional installed PM software can cost
thousands and may require equipment redesigns. Installation and upgrades are not only
expensive, but they also slow deployment. Cloud computing, on the other hand, does
not require installation only a login and password to get to the most recent variant of the
system. The pricing additionally a lot less demanding on an organization's financial plan,
as most cloud-based system is sold as most cloud-based framework is sold as
membership based programming as an administration. This implies low monthly
payments instead of hundreds or thousands upfront. In addition, most project
management software does not require a long-term commitment. Basically, utilizing the
cloud manages the accompanying difficulties, which all kinds of companies face,
whether they work in architecture, construction or telecommunications:

 Distribution delays, time-zone issues

With cloud service, everyone will gain access to company information from
a portable computer, PC, smartphone or tablet from anywhere there is a
reliable internet connection.
 Project collaboration
Forget cumbersome emails, employees will work on a project over the cloud
and submit changes that may be on the market to the remainder of
the cluster in minutes. this enables disparate workers to figure in close to real
time, even as if they were within the same space.
 Backup
By having documents within the cloud, firms are protected against hardware
and software system failure.
 Unlimited storage space
The cloud never runs out of space and is accessible from almost anywhere.
This allows companies to archive files, allowing team members to continue to
access them in the future, even remotely.

RIsks

Regardless of its strengths, the cloud-based system does have a few

disadvantages. Among them is security, which is an inherent risk for any online
exchange.

As far as the cloud-based system began to grow in popularity, organizations have

referred to security as an essential concern. All things considered, using the cloud
means storing all of a company's data – which may include trade secrets, sensitive
customer data, and company information – on someone else's servers. Those servers
could be vulnerable to hackers, viruses, or even natural disasters or physical theft.
Fortunately, cloud system vendors are aware of these risks, and most utilize the best
accessible security to ensure their servers and their clients' information. After all, without
satisfied customers, cloud providers would not be in business. Likewise, cloud security
has improved after some time and is probably going to keep on doing as such as cloud
suppliers think of new answers to ensuring their customers' information. Even so,
companies should find out what security procedures and protocols are in place before
subscribing to any cloud software service.

Downtime is another potential issue. If the cloud provider runs into technical
problems, its customers would not most likely access their information. As indicated by
the International Working Group on Cloud Computing Resiliency, the uptime of cloud
suppliers went between 99.6 percent and 99.9 percent, for a normal of 7.5 long
stretches of inaccessible time every year. This sounds entirely great; however, IWGCR
states that it is far from the 99.99 percent dependability that is expected of a mission-
basic framework. Numerous extensive cloud programming sellers – and even some little
ones – have uptime ensures, so organizations should search for one that conveys the
least hazard. Furthermore, obviously, the most pivotal information ought to likewise be
supported up in-house.
IV. PROJECT COST

Cloud-based system can be an excellent tool for many companies. It can save time
and money on project management, and provide the convenience and flexibility of
working in the cloud. As a more current innovation, cloud-based system still has some
pitfalls to overcome. Be that as it may, this administration is progressively getting to be
basic for some sorts of organizations, which will drive the advancement and
improvement required to consummate this instrument in the coming years.
