Note: TOC reserves the right to request for further medical documents in accordance to the declared health issue(s) before enrollment. Upon such request, you are to submit
the necessary document together with TOC’s medical report form and medical report.

c. Insurance

Malaysian students will be provided with an Insurance coverage by TOC for the entire tenure of their studies which is included in the miscellaneous fee
charged as per the fee structure. Termination of the policy must be done through written letter before Orientation and/or 1 (one) month before the end
of policy. The policy cycle is as per the intake enrolled. The coverage is bound to the terms and conditions set forth in the said policy and students need
to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Students should adhere to the terms and conditions of the policy and any additional cost incurred in respect to hospitalization will be borne by the
student/parent/guardian within 30 days from the date of the invoice by TOC failing which students can be barred from the terms examination.

REFUND POLICY (TERM PAYMENT)
REFUND OF PAYMENT FOR NEW STUDENT WHO WITHDRAWS BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF CLASS:
• Withdrawal prior to commencement of The Training
Programme (with written notice)
• Written notice received by TOC more than 28 days prior to commencement of the class
• Written notice received by TOC between 14-27 days prior to commencement of the Training Programme
• Written notice received by TOC between 10 days prior to commencement of the Training Programme
• Upon Orientation or Class proper
REFUND OF PAYMENT FOR EXISTING STUDENT WHO WITHDRAWS:
• Withdrawal during the Training Programme (with written notice)
• Written notice received by TOC less than 14 days
• Written notice received by TOC less than 7 days prior to commencement of the next term
Note: This clause is only applicable to students who have paid their Tuition fees in advance (prior to the consecutive terms)
• Tuition Fee: All fees are due before the commencement of each term.
Please note that partial payment of fees is not accepted. In the event a
student is expelled and / or suspended from the program due to academic
misconduct and breach of the students’ code of conduct, the tuition fee for
the current semester will still be due and payable to the college.
Note for ACS, SBC & MTC course: If a student has any outstanding fees due
to TOC at that point of time, excess fees will be used to settle the outstanding
amount with prior notice to parent/guardian and or student. (Case to case
basis)
• Deferment for DMS, DAT & SKM course: Can defer for a period up to a
maximum of 12 calendar months (1 year) from initial registration. All fees
paid by a student will be held by TOC until commencement of the student
in the training programme.
Should a student defer for a period in excess of 12 months (1 year), any
refund will be subject to the conditions outlined above for withdrawal.
• Student Loans for DMS, DAT & SKM course: Excess fees derived from students
study loan, such as EPF Payment, PTPTN Loan, MARA Loan are refundable
to the respective bodies if the student informs TOC of such withdrawal in
writing.
Note: If a student has any outstanding fees due to TOC at that point of time,
excess fees will be used to settle the outstanding amount with prior notice to
parent/guardian and or student. (Case to case basis)
• Withdrawal: Upon graduation or withdrawal, the withdrawal / clearance
form must be submitted. Tuition fees will continue to be charged if students
fail to withdraw officially.
• Late Payment: Students are required to settle their fees BEFORE
commencement of the training program for each term. Failure to pay fees on
time may result in the student being barred from classes, examinations and
usage of college facilities. All late payments will be subject to late payment
charges of RM 5.00 per day.
• Admission Procedures:
a. Completed application form is submitted with certified true copies of all
supporting documents.
b. Successful application will be issued Letter of Conditional Offer (LOCO)
with a Medical Declaration Form.
c. Student must complete the Medical Declaration Form within 3 days (with
any clinic) of receiving the LOCO.
d. Student must revert to accept the LOCO by submitting the completed
Medical Declaration Form within 2 weeks from the date of LOCO.
e. Registrar Office will validate the Medical Declaration Form and issue the
Letter of Offer with the Acceptance Acknowledgement Form.
f. Student to accept the offer by paying the 1st term fee.
g. Student attends Orientation Day.

• Trade Test: Students need to obtain an 80% passing mark in the respective
practical and theory components of the Trade Test before he/she is allowed
to proceed to their Supervised Industrial Training (SIT) and Internship. In the
event of the student fails to obtain the 80% passing mark in the Trade Test,
the student will be required to repeat the subject and reattempt the next
Trade Test without any extra charges.
• Re-sit and Repeat a Subject for DMS, DAT & SKM course: Students who fail the
theory component in the exams need to re-sit the subject at an additional
charge of RM100.00. Students who fail the practical component in the
exams need to repeat the subject at an additional charge of RM1,000.00. For
DCS 1101, students who fail in any component must repeat the subject.
• Re-sit and Repeat a Subject for ACS, SBC & MTC course: Students who fail a
module need to repeat the module at an additional charge of RM500.
• Discipline: TOC practices very strict dress code and attendance policy.
Students not adhering to these policies will be considered absent. Students
with more than 2 absences will have to repeat the subject at an additional
cost of RM1,000.00 per subject or RM500.00 (depends on programme
enrolled). Please refer to the Student Handbook for more details. TOC
reserves the right to review and amend the rules and regulations of the
• Health & Safety: Students are required to participate fully in our Supervised
Industrial Training (SIT) and Internship. Students are required to be medically
fit for the industry and its demand as well. It is the responsibility of the
students to ensure that they are medically fit for all activities in our program.
Students are prohibited (without any exceptions) to carry / wear any
jewelleries / accessories / watches at all times in the college for safety
reasons.
