on May 23, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in the District Court of

Valley County.

Proposed Jury Instructions are to be submitted at the time

of the Pretrial Conference. Jury Instructions shall include

complete text of the Elements and Effect of Findings Instruction.

All other proposed instructions may be submitted by NJI number

only. All Pretrial Motions are to be filed on or before May 9, 2019,

and shall be heard on or before May 23, 2019. If a motion

is filed, the party filing the motion is ordered to promptly

contact the bailiff for a hearing date.

Bond, if any, is continued.
