Platinum
The Platinum Signage Solution is aimed at the business
that wants an all in one Communication solution ,
completely managed and supported by Intouch.
Content
Intouch creates & manages all content to the screens that are installed at
the desired locations. Screens run content from a Set-top Box - called
media device. This pulls in content from a central secure server managed
by Intouch. Intouch deploys updates and content releases to the server.
The media devices periodically pull content from the server and update
/refresh their content.
Adverts
Adverts in terms of print and other copy ads are send to Intouch, we re-
design, animate these adverts to run and play effectively on the signage
solution. In addition we create specific designs, animations and video
announcements that broadcast a desired message or announcement to
your audience.
Infotainment
Intouch provides a wide variety of Infotaiment, such as local &
International news or weather feeds. Interactive feeds incl: Did You know,
Quote of the Day, Famous B-day's, What is your IQ. Jokes
Custom Web Based CMS

(Content Management System)
A custom CMS which allows you as the customer to manage your own
content to the screens such as Special Broadcast (Image, Text, or Video),
forex, Vacancies, Sales/Business results, graphs etc. all via a secured
online Management system. In addition you as the customer can view a
live view of the screens, your contents stats, as well as pull custom
reports. User roles can be assigned which allow you to have multiple users
that can access the management solution or just parts thereof.

Standard
The Standard signage solution is the perfect
product for a SME business in Namibia. The
package has most of the benefits that the
platinum and premium packages has, however
content creation and content delivery are
limited to only 2 hours per week.
We also don’t have a dedicated account

manager set for this package. However an
account manager is still assigned to this
account. This means there are not many ads
updated to the system monthly. Design and
Animation work is limited to 2 hours a week –
which works out to about 1 add per week.
However all infotainment is still included.
Any additional ads over the 2 hours a week are
charged at N$ 650. Per hour.

clients, as the name suggests. Here Intouch
has limited involvement and the reseller
manages all content, updates and content

All support related queries as well as add
creations etc. are charged at an hourly fee of
N$650 on a per request basis. The solution is
also not mentioned by us.

Are we limited in the number of displays
we can use?
The short answer is no, there is no limit. The number of displays
you can support is only limited by the software application you
purchase and the number of media players you use.
The output of any media player can be distributed to practically
any number of displays through signal distribution amplifiers,
switchers, routers, transmitters and receivers, or cable systems.
Our publishers allow you to push content to desktops and RSS
readers, adding endpoints without player hardware.
How much does digital signage cost?

We offer a range of pricing options from monthly hosted fees to
building custom business packages, enterprise site licenses to a la
carte pricing. Your price will depend on the number of licenses you
need and whether or not you take advantage of our affordable
services and support.
Do I have to buy special hardware?

Intouch solutions are deliverable as a software-only application
or as integrated solutions. It’s up to you! Intouch can provide
imaged hardware or you can configure our software on your own
