Tips for Writing Goals

Before Sound Healing | Silent Clearing begins, please write out a goal that is important to you. You could
call it your primary goal for the year.

As you clear out things you don’t want in your life, you create space to bring in what you do want.

Being clear on your primary goal sets your nonconscious mind to take advantage of the clearings.

Keep these guidelines in mind, because how accurately you state your goal will affect how clearly it
manifests.

• State your goal in the positive. Say what you want; not what you don’t want.
• Focus on a goal within your control.
• Create a goal that preserves what you value.
• Write your goal in the present tense.
• Make your goal measurable so you will know when it is achieved. Be specific.

Here are examples of goals that will work well:

I earn $100,000 a year.


My joints are fully healed.
I live in a new home.
I am in a long-term relationship.
My book is published.

Know exactly why you want the goal, why it is important for you, what its achievement will do for you.
