ACTIVITIES: I. PRE-LESSON
a) Teacher shows pictures of imageries and pupils state what the pictures make them feel
II. LESSON
i. Teacher asks student to recite the poem Sad I Am
ii. Teacher assists the recitation and checking pupils’ pronunciation
iii. Pupils identify the words unfamiliar to them in the poem and teacher assist in helping the
pupils understand the meaning of those words
iv. Pupils share their understanding for each stanza of the poem
v. Teacher assists pupils when needed and provide feedbacks
III. POST-LESSON:
Pupils answer comprehension questions with reference to the poem
