Margarita I District: CCMSF, SMNHS, SMCES, Burabod ES, Lambao ES, Palale ES, Solsogon ES, Cagsumje ES & Cluster Schools DESCRIPTION PRESENTATION OF MID-YEAR ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF STA. MARGARITA I DISTRICT OBJECTIVES Present Schools’ Accomplishment Reports from January 2018-October 2018 Review Teachers’ Performance from First to Third Quarter Update teachers of Elementary, Secondary & SHS about significant issues tackled in the Division MANCOM Declare Schools’ NAT/Mean & MPS Results Identify least learned skills based from the results and come up with an intervention such as Action Research & Action Plan for improvement Encourage every school to have an updated Division Reports particularly on its financial status IMPACT/RESULTS Objectives and targets were successfully met. Consolidated Reports from different schools of Elementary, Secondary & SHS in Sta. Margarita I District were comprehensively done through the power point presentation Schools Academic Performance in NAT & Quarterly Mean/MPS results were assessed through teachers’ intervention plan Complied significant school reports Noted other school problems and planned for an intervention POST-ACTIVITY EVALUATION Respondents’ Feedback 95% participation from all schools in Sta. Margarita I District Awareness of other Schools’ Best Practices Shared school projects plan to be implemented in the future United and responsive teachers of Sta. Margarita I District ACTIVITY DESIGN METHODOLOGY A. The program has started at 8: 00 A.M. upon the arrival of the school heads and teachers from Elementary,Secondary and Senior High School Dr. Rowena R. Delabajan expressed her message of gratitude to the school heads and teachers for attending such remarkable event. She pointed up the following issues/concerns tackled in the Division MANCOM: 1. Status of implementation of School Logo or School Banner 2. Focus on the Reading Program to resolve issues of non-readers 3. Utilization of Gulayan sa Paaralan 4. Submission of new SIP 5. School Feeding Program should be implemented 6. Orientation of School Financial Management 7. Division and Science Techno-Fair & Science Investigatory project 8. Randall Training for the interested teacher-participant 9. 21st Century Training Roll-out in ARPA, Division of Samar 10. Division Search for Outstanding Librarian , Oct. 19, 2018 11. Regional Summit, Nov. 2018 12. School Learning final evaluation from the Division Office of Samar, Nov. 7, 2018 13. Teachers who will be transferred should have an S.O. 14. Revealed poor NAT/Mean/MPS results affect entirely the performance of teachers and must be resolved or improved 15. Statistics & Science Competition 16. Division MANCOM, Oct. 31 {tentative} 17. Schools should prioritize the academic competition Second speaker is the Bookkeeper of Sta. Margarita I District *She stressed out that every school should have proper liquidation especially in huge activity like the Feeding Program *All forms should be submitted including an Accomplishment Report *Announced the Financial Management Training by November *School should submit the Annual Working Financial Plan B. Presentation of Mid-Year Accomplishment Reports by the School Heads: Principal, Head Teacher in Elementary, Secondary & Senior High School, including the Cluster Heads MANAGEMENT OF THE ACTIVITY School Heads in Sta. Margarita I District were called for a meeting by Dr. Rowena R. Delabajan, District Supervisor to formulate a plan of action regarding the tasks to be fulfilled during the Semestral Break2018 Presenters were all school heads and the Accomplishment Reports have done in a power point presentation Program of activities were finalized and fully implemented last October 23, 2018 RECOMMENDATIONS LOGISTICS ARRANGEMENT All schools in Sta. Margarita I District should have prepared and improved in their presentation of Mid-Year Accomplishment Reports
