I've managed to solve the device offline problem by sending the following as a text message from my
phone to the watch:-

After setting up the giff gaff SIM I was able to make calls. I then re-registered on the se tracker app as I
kept getting a device offline message on the app. Then simply sent the following message to the SIM
card phone number for the watch:

Time setting on the watch

There are two possibilities:

How to return to SeTracker

SeTracker does not send SMS commands automatically when being used. To
return to SeTracker, you need to set its address manually using the following
command:

SIM-card has Internet access, but the watch does not run

If you have made sure that the Internet is available when a SIM-card is in the
phone, and the watch still does not run, you may need to set the correct APN
from operator. Usually, it is provided by the operator automatically, but not for
all SIM-cards and operators. To set the APN, send the command

pw,123456,apn,NAME_APN, LOGIN_APN,PASSWORD_APN#
for example for Beeline: pw,123456,apn,internet.beeline.ru,
beeline,beeline#. You can easily find APN parameters for your operator using
