Sentence choice- Students are given a few sentences and to look at and are to pick
what sentence looks and sounds correct. If chose right or wrong have a discussion
about what it is or isn’t right.
Sentences mix up- Have different parts of a sentence broken up and have the
student work on making it a complete sentence until it makes sense.
PLAAFP Statement (must include baseline): A typical second grade student can
construct a complete sentence using capital letters.
