Step 3: ​Learn ​what an entrepreneur is. ​Practice​​ your entrepreneurship skills by creating

Learn: ​Earning Indoors 

 
When you think of jobs, you may picture your parents hurrying to get ready to their 
work. Some people; however, do not have to leave their house to go to work. In this 
article, we will discuss these occupations that anyone can do at home! 
● Author 
An​ author​​ is a person who publishes their writing. There are many different types of 
authors- some write blog posts, others write for magazines and journals, while some 
create entire books! 
● Merchant 
A ​merchant ​is someone who sells things. A person can sell things at home through 
e-Commerce​​, which is buying and selling items/services online. 
● ‘YouTuber’ 
YouTube ​is a social media platform where users can watch, make, and share videos. 
Video creators called ​‘YouTubers’​​ can make money by sharing their original videos with 
their fanbase. 
● Tutorer 
Tutorers ​are people who help others with their schoolwork in exchange for money. 
● Babysitter

business. They are their own boss! There are certain skills that every entrepreneur must 
have in order to be successful. These include:

Practice: ​Create A Business! 
Instructions-
Step 1: Figure out what type of business you will want (bakery, construction business,
restaurant, grocery store, etc.)
Step 2: Come up with a name for your business (ex. Mack’s Marvelous Magic Materials)
Step 3: Develop a series of products to sell. (ex. Magic sticks, magic hats, potions, and
magic stones)
Step 4: Assign a price to each item (ex. Magic bunnies cost $16 each)
Step 5: Decide on a location, ‘phone number’, and the hours of operation for your
business. (ex. 123 Rainbow Road; 123-456-7890; Mon-Sat 6am-9pm)
Step 6: Create a poster with the details of your business, and share with your friends!
