I. OBJECTIVE:
A. CONTENT STANDARD : The Learners should be able to prepare and cook egg
dishes.
B. PERFORMANCE STANDARD : This lesson aims to extend help to the community in
giving the students opportunity to earn a living.
C. LEARNING COMPETENCY : Cook egg dishes in accordance with the prescribed
recipes. (TLE_HECK10ED_1b_d_2) pp. 33

IV. PROCEDURE :
A. REVIEW PREVIOUS LESSONS/ PRESENT NEW LESSON
We have already discussed the characteristics, uses and components of eggs. Now, it’s a
Perfect time for us apply what we have learned.
B. ESTABLISHING A PURPOSE OF THE LESSON:
Learning how to cook variety of egg dishes will help each one of us to prepare a simple breakfast for the
family or use this learning to earn a living. Example: “KWIK-KWIK MAKING”
C. ACTIVITY PROPER
1. The students will report to their respective group leaders who will lead them in their assigned
recipe.
2. Checking their PPE and all the materials needed.
3. Prepare “mise en place”.
4. Cooking proper (Recipe: Scrambled egg, Poached egg, Fried egg,” Kwik-Kwik”)
5. Plating the finished product
6. Housekeeping
D. EVALUATION:
1. Presentation of the plated products
2. Evaluate and rate the results presented
3. Use the rubrics

V. REMARKS:
100% of the students participated the activity with 95% mastery level.
VI. REFLECTION:
Lack of interest due to financial insufficiency of the students is the primary cause of the low performance in
every activity.
