ROOT CAUSE : Application. Fixed connector Throttle switch and checked
wiring cable

wiring F715, F716, F717, F718 from throttle switch to connector J2 engine

ECM dirty, test performance, OK

machine for repair it ),ROOT CAUSE : Materials Flaw. Clean tranc and
washed, removed bolt and segment,13/12/17 NS : Replace RHS sprocket
segment Sprocket ,14/12/17 DS : Repaired LHS sprocket mounting hole and
replace sprocket,14/12/17 NS : Repair hole mounting of LHS sprocket
segment, Install LHS sprocket segment, Replace RHS track link due to dry
joint
ROOT CAUSE : Materials Flaw. Check and FOUND : AC delay timer fail
(Cable cut off in the end of body delay timer). Temporary jump ac delay
timer, Part on order stock in Singapore

04/06/18, freg: 7000 Hours). Replace starter motor and gasket, Replace
relay starter motor. Performance test

blocked. Washing radiator core fin and performed test

engine coolant thermostat

dryer to evaporator leak rubbing with cover evaporator, Replace and
reposition A/C hose 1ea, Replace A/C receiver dryer, Flushing ac system,
Refill freon 2.1 kg, Add oil 60ml, Test A/C performance HP: 185psi, LP:
30Psi, Cabin temp: 10*C
ROOT CAUSE : Materials Flaw. Remove hose tilt blade front radiator leak
ROOT CAUSE : Mechanical Failure. Replace aircleaner inner outer, washing
radiator core
ROOT CAUSE : Materials flaw. Replace ripper hose control valve, add
hydraulic oil 79 litre
ROOT CAUSE : Materials Flaw. Temporary repair track roller bogie
ROOT CAUSE : Materials flaw. 16/08/18 DS : Remove RHs idler POS 3 due
to broken, Reposition minor boogie of RHs roller POS 3 and 4, Replace
insert idler POS 2,16/08/18 NS : Replace insert and cap idler POS 2 RHS.
Retorque bolt cap idler 6ea. Adjust RH track tension. Final check

LHS track link, disconnect and replace RHS track,26/04/18 NS : Replace
track link, trying connecting track link, still stuck,27/04/18 DS : Replace
bearing and seat canon, repair mounting seat RH canon and completed
canon,27/04/18 NS :Rebuild track guide, Repair/ rebuild mounting of track
guide, Install cannon H, conected track RHs and adjust track,28/04/18 DS :
Adjusted RHS track, completed engine enclosure and final check
