Description of Repair

ROOT CAUSE : Materials flaw. Replace batteries POS 1 and 2 due to bad
condition (Comp. Hours= 1650 Hrs, Comp. due= 27%, Last Replacement on
22/05/17, Frequency= 6000 Hrs). Check charging system ( 28 vdc )

ROOT CAUSE : Materials Flaw. FOUND : battery position 1 and 2 failure


cause bracket battery broken, need welder for repaired bracket and unit in
the field,31/12/17 NS : Replace battery 2 ea, check charging 27.95 v, repair
bracket battery

ROOT NCASUE: Materials flaw, replace bolt sprocket LHS and adjusted

ROOT CAUSE : Materials Flaw. Some battery failed, it cause by bracket


battery friction with battery body. Replaced battery 1ea and repair bracket
battery by welder
09/01/18 NS : Remove blade gp for replade bearing push arm, disconnect
