1.0 OPENING & INTRODUCTION

1.1 Mr. Syafiq welcomed all attendees and started meeting with recitation Info NA

2.1 Mr. Shafiq briefed on the inspection schedule for DEMIN P1 & ASU 1 TA
2019 for look on maximum inspection activity per day. Info

3.0 ITEMS DISCUSSION

Discussion on DEMIN P1 TA Inspector loading based of peak inspection

activity by 20th March with 7 concurrent equipment at same day.

Regarding lesson learnt from the previous TA, MMSSB introduced the
QC Runner which is new role in QC team, who has responsibility on
tracking the update.

cooperation to further success of UK TA 2019;

• Full time inspection team at site ie: Reviewer, DC.
