A. COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
• DL Engineering Review Center will be the first one to be established in
Sorsogon and will keep a competitive attitude towards its goal. The only
identified competitors of our business will be the review centers coming to
Bicol with the goal to encourage students to enroll in review centers
outside the Bicol region, namely Esplana Engineering Review Center and
Mega Engineering Review Center.

 For the business to be efficient and effectiveL

students will be used.
 Latest Board Exam trends will be used to familiarize
students with the Problems in the actual board exams.

o Review Course
This is an intensive lecture/discussion type covering basic
theories, principles, problems and applications as well as some
advanced topics included in the board syllabus. The topics are
based from PRC Board Syllabus.

o Refresher Course
This is a comprehensive examination-discussion type of
instruction. The reviewees are subjected to a series of
examinations patterned from the board exams where actual past
board examinations are included. They are given questionnaires
and answer sheets and are required to use pencils in shading the
correct answer. This is intended to acquaint each one to the
actual test. The exam is to be discussed thoroughly right after or
on the next meeting for the reviewees to evaluate their
performances.

DL Engineering Review Center will open a free trial session. The goal of this
session is to open an opportunity to experience our service and view for themselves
how effective the service can be. This sales event will be able to convert many
possible customers into paying customers, people that possibly never considered a
tutoring service, and not previously recognizing their own need for such a service.
After the free session, many "doubters" and “customers with second thoughts” will
be converted into customers and will be encourage to engage in the review center.
