Throughout the entire article, Goth tries to analyze the problem of homelessness, and how we
should deal with it. In order to support her idea, the author utilizes a church's work and cities
survey to present a base of information. These allow her to provide evidence in order to create a
foundation for her idea of stopping this epidemic. Goth elaborates on the idea that it is
important to help out with a whole group, rather than trying to feed the homeless alone. She
also informs the reader how it is safer to operate in a group rather than alone. This article is
essential to my capstone, because it supports how I wish to go about my work. It also helps me
find the best way to execute what I would like to do. Goth provides me with a solid structure to

Throughout this article, Truong analyzes the ideas of what causes homelessness, how it affects
society, and how to move forward with the situation. The author utilizes national statistics on
homelessness, and other means such as newspaper columns, in order to establish a precedent.
Truong uses this information in order to inform the reader what feeding the homeless can
actually do do them (when not done in the right way). The author also establishes methods that
can be used to analyze what homelessness causes and how to stop it. This source was extremely
valuable to my capstone, due to the idea that it helped me understand what I was doing. It also
opened my eyes to some of the other causes of the problem that I wanted to solve. This was
extremely helpful to my understanding, of what I was actually working towards. It not only did

Along with this information, this work has also provided me with accurate information in
The, Editorial B. "How to Change the Story of Southern California Homelessness." Daily News, 28

The main question that the author of this article was addressing was how to solve the
homelessness epidemic that Southern California deals with today. The writer of this article uses
local sources in order to get a very accurate reading of just exactly how terrible this problem is.
The author also utilizes stats form outside just one area, to fully understand the scope of the
problem. The main way that this article chooses to deal with the gargantuan problem is facing,
is to provide affordable housing in low income areas. It is also proposed that there should be
more funding towards fixing the problem, along with its original causes. This article was a
massive help to my research, because it supported my capstone pitch, with proven statistics.
Not only was my idea supported with this article, but it also gave me multiple ways to improve
