May it please the Tribunal:

I am a former Assistant Attorney General who has also managed a title insurance company
as a title insurance producer. I have also practiced First Amendment and Civil Rights Law
throughout the 1990’s, routinely running video of said trials in an age before broadband. Prior to
those activities I was an editor and reporter for mid-sized and large daily press.
I have run video since 2010 in approximately 150 courtrooms throughout the Country --
including Courts of Record in the States of Washington, Wisconsin, Ohio, New Hampshire and
Massachusetts -- on murder trials, civil litigation and foreclosure. The only four incidents of note
occurred when a Litchfield, Cavo Attorney by the name of Mark Rattan “expressed no remorse”
after “[C]onfronting King in an angry and threatening manner in the course of a public
disciplinary hearing….” According to the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation:
 Attorney Rattan and others are presently being sued in Federal Court on that matter in three

Another incident occurred in this Courthouse, in the ex parte Courtrooms when a King
County employee improperly removed my equipment even though I had already had clearance.
My cameras were restored under the directive of a King County Deputy Sheriff.

 On one other occasion Pierce County Judge Stan Rumbaugh refused two reporters access to
his Courtroom. His position was soundly rebuffed by Judge of the Year Frank E. Cuthbertson and
another Washington Superior Court Judge as noted herein:

 I also shoot and produce raw Deposition videos. The only incident that occurred shooting
Depositions is when a law firm lied and claimed that I had issued a death threat in Federal Court.
They had not notified any law enforcement personnel whatsoever and that case for Defamation
was remanded to King County Superior Court and settled. The underlying case of Lucero v.
Bayview resulted in a $214,000.00 Award to the homeowner as I figured it should.

In each of these “incidents” my position was upheld as I had done nothing wrong
whatsoever and I never will.

title insurance producer and escrow attorney to analyze legal matters relative to foreclosure; all
footage shall be made available for media pooling orders or requests in this regard.
KingCast is not here to make anyone happy. The Mission of KingCast is to lawfully record
what happens in Public Courtrooms pursuant to Federal and State Constitutions, Statutory and
Decisional Law. Any unlawful attempt to abridge those Rights, Privileges and Immunities will be
met with stern rebuke and any and all necessary and applicable legal Action.
