I have also been equipped with skills in leadership, project management, and rewards-giving
which I am looking forward to practice in the corporate setting. I am also very experienced as a
researcher with the significant number of research manuscripts I have individually and
collaboratively written. I consider this as a valuable skill set because it can be useful in
conceptualizing, implementing, and measuring the impact of employee relations activities as
well as other changes in the corporate culture. With the number of projects I spearheaded and
participated in, I am confident in my ability to manage people and to resolve conflicts that deter
the progress of an event or output. I also believe in my potential in organizational development
as I have worked with multiple organizations here and abroad and I have held a number of
leadership positions, including those in training and development, research, and project
management.
My academic and organizational activities as a student leader has trained me to plan, facilitate,
and coordinate well with team members even under a high pressure work environment. But
beyond these credentials, I think my edge over other applicants is my love of learning and drive
to achieve. Given the opportunity, I believe that I can one day prove to be a valuable asset in the
growing family of JFC.
